My friend recently enlightened me to the fact that if you press L2(PS4) on an attachment or gun it will give in an in depth stat debrief (for lack of a better term) on the item with percentages and all. Then we started arguing on the fact that this new(?) feature will give you better optimized guns than it would if you were to just use the bars on screen without pressing L2. He says you'll get better guns from using the L2 stats and I say it doesn't matter which one you use you'll get the same outcome the only difference is that you'll be more knowledgeable about your guns stats down to a specific number, by using L2. The way I see it is L2 shows you the same stuff as the bars with the exception that it gives you numbers to look at. The only ways I can think of to solve this argument is either we both optimize the same gun the same thing and then compare with the L2 numbers to get a better look at the gun stats after we make them and/or come here and ask people with more/better knowledge of the game and its mechanics than we do.
