I don't know if they are still doing this, but as I understand it they ban every component that they can identify through a unique HWID number, IIRC people that were simply swapping out their GPU and/or CPU were not able to get back into the game.

I don't think I ever saw a list of what is included by have heard of people buying used components and then finding that they couldn't play Warzone as the components were hardware banned.

I saw a video like, a year ago. If your hardware is not activated with windows, then, your WHOLE system is " banned" from using the software until you get an activation code to get it activated...

In other words, if your hardware was banned, you'd need to buy a whole new computer in addition to a new IP address. New account, too.
