This one was a big oversight, unfortunately. It seems like the devs copied and pasted the description from the Sigma 2B. Which is funny because the description claims it is a free-firing launcher but then says it can lock on to scorestreaks.
The HE-1 cannot lock-on and has to be free-fired for all the camo challenges. Interested in seeing if it's description gets changed with this week's patch.
