How do you get the Mile High Club achievement?

I've been trying to get the Mile High Club achievement forever. I have every other achievement... Anyone here have the achievement and can give me some tips?

Its simple... ignore first guy.. throw flash grenade... kill everyone in the first room. Go into second... another flash grenade... kill em all.. run upstairs.. pick up flash grenades... thorw it.. kill em all. at the end... just kill the guy. get the hostage... jump out of the plane.
