I was happy to see an e-mail from amazon telling me that the price had been reduced to £32.00 and i would be getting an £11.99 refund.

I'd also completed a survey on a website that gave me a £5 amazon voucher, so ended up paying £27 in all :) Delivered to my door on the day of release, pretty good i think. What about you? Did you get a bargain? Or end up being ripped off?

1: No Multiplayer Beta
2: They kept this stupid Matchmaking crap from us until they decided to announce it 2 weeks before its worldwide release.
3: No dedicated server or mod support
4: 9v9 max players (i prefer a 32 player server for a full scale ground war)
5: IW's blatant disrespect towards the PC community and favoring the Console kiddies.
6: Robert Kotick's greed.

Ouch. Pretty comprehensive list.
As i think i mentioned in another thread, i would only have bought the PC version if they offered dedicated server support - so i could run and manage CoDForums servers.
As they've scrapped that i'm happy to stick to my 360 version, but i can definitely feel the anger of PC players.

I traded in a few games in order to get this! I ended up paying 40 bucks, however.

I got regular edition though because I don't have money in this god forsaken economy.
