How to Effectively Grind Damascus?

COD decided to give off a little bit of a homo vibe by taking away all of the modes I used for grinding my weapons to gold. Does anyone know how I can continue to queue for Shipment or Shoot House almost every match so I can get more than about 18 kills per 15-minute game? I am trying to make the best out of quarantine and put myself up to a challenge, but playing maps where people just camp in the back the entire time is not exactly helpful, nor fun.

I've played one shoot house and one shipment since yesterday morning. I think we are kind of screwed. I'm not doing shotguns, shield, or knife so I'll never see damascus. But would like to use shipment to jam the 2 new weapons.

Your best bet for weapons is hardcore. Anything other than deathmatch. I did alot of mine in domination. Hit the hardcore moshpit of the three new maps. Its dom/tdm right now I think.

I have found that headquarters is quite a good mode for grinding pretty much any weapon. I have tried out and am actually fairly found of hardcore so thank you for that. Hopefully the new playlists tomorrow will help a lot more with the grind.
