Warzone How to mute myself on PC

Hey guys first post on here so sorry if I am not in the right spot but I am new to PC and have had a hard time finding the answer to this anywhere; I don't have a toggle mute button on my microphone (Razer Seiren Mini) so I have downloaded software to emulate a toggle switch (Voicemeeter). when I test this switch out in battle.net it works great but as soon as I play warzone the mute buttons do nothing to mute me even though they are working in the background. I do not have exclusive control of the mic permissions on in windows but I have tried it both ways. does anybody else been there done that? It is crazy to me that this doesn't seem to be an issue for anyone else but any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just want to be able to toggle my microphone in game and I don't see that anywhere within the settings of the game

I use push to talk, press and hold V to speak.

I find it not just distracting when others leave their mics constantly open, but I also find I have no interest in what they will eat for dinner or what they got up to the night before etc... So I'm happy you don't want to be one of those people, thanks and welcome to CoDForums.
