Mute All not working

Normally before the match starts I would click the "Mute All" or "F"" button so I don't have to hear everyone talking or whatever, but it stopped working about a month or so ago. I can click on each individual player and mute them one at a time, but that sucks plus I usually don't have enough time to get to all of them. Is this a broken feature or is there a setting that changed that I don't know about. I'm on PC.

Modern Warfare would let you mute all players at any time just by pressing F9, for some reason that has not been added as a feature in this game.

I find, mute all works with all players in the lobby at the time I press the button, if a player drops out and another joins then that new player will not be muted.

Best way I have found is just after selecting my weapon for the round and I go through the list of players by hitting tab and then clicking each player individually, the few seconds we have for the countdown is usually enough time to get through them all.
