I recently purchased the ninja skin for Sims on Warzone. I was able to use Sims with the skin I purchased until I switched to use a different a character. Now, when I try to use Sims (on PS4) it skips past him to the next available character. Has anyone had this issue before? If so, how did you fix it?
I tried emailing Activision about the issue and never got a response. Does anyone know who I should contact to resolve this issue?
