If I were to buy a console (PS4/XBOX 1) and hook up a mouse/kb would I get Aim Assist???

Yes. It's not noticeable, but yes. If you don't want Aim Assist, you can turn it right off.

Im 99% sure the aim assist only works with controllers. Using M/K on console works exactly like it does in PC (or actually harder to use because of the low framerate on console)
