Warzone 2.0 Invade

Hey guys, help please.
Just started latest call of duty on xbox. Thanks to those that walked me through downloading campaign. Not really into online, want campaign first.
Ok, can someone walk me through, step by step, how to get to invasion play?
When i turn on i let start up, cancel and go offline to play campaign. If i let everything load it takes me to online play. Yes, i realize invasion is technically online but i dont want basic selections that come up for regular online matches, just invasion. I will write down selections of what does appear when i get home but just want to try invasion. All help appreciated

I am on PC but I think the menu screens are the same......

Launch in like normal and then hit SKIP on the Message of the Day screen

You should now see a screen similar to the one below.....



Click on PLAY and the next screen should look similar to the one below......





You should be good to go now!! Invasion is what I play most so welcome to Invasion!! Enjoy

Thanks for quick reply. I am replying from phone and will try in few hours when i get home but thats not what i see when i select. I will go through your process and attach pics what i get. Thanks again
