syn·er·gy (n): the interaction of elements that when combined produce a total effect that is greater than the sum of the individual elements, contributions, etc.
TeamSynergy (TSyN) is a 16+* XB1 gaming community with a main focus in Call of Duty. We are a brand new team that is looking for ambitious and dedicated players that will help our team grow. Members will be expected to treat each other with the utmost respect and follow our Code of Conduct. We wish to provide an atmosphere that satisfies both casual and competitive players.
*Exceptions will be made for under-16 applicants on a case-to-case basis.
We have three categories: Casual, Pubstomping, and Competitive.
Casual players that just want other people to play with are put on the general roster. Pubstompers are a step above for those that want to play with like-minded members in the interests of winning ang doing so effectively. Competitive players will be put onto a competitive roster and compete in GBs/UMGs/tournaments/etc and expected to attend regular practice sessions and team meetings. Those interested in competitive will go through a one-week recruitment stage to determine which squad they'll be put into. Squad roster changes will happen on an as-needed basis.

Competitive players can compete in multiple divisions (Ex: IW and MWR). You may contact leadership if you intend to do so.

Video Production/Editing (YouTube)
Gameplay Recorders (Record video content for the editors.)
Streamers
Social Media/Recruiters
Competitive Coaches and Captains

While we do have an attendance policy that members are expected to follow, TeamSynergy also has a Real Life First policy; we believe life comes before gaming. This applies to both leadership and community members. We know some of you are students, have jobs, or have families. Contact leadership ahead of time if you will miss an official TSyN event due to any of these and it will be an excused absence.
We will be using Discord (link provided to accepted members) for messaging within the community and our forum for everything else.
We hope that you are interested and that members will step up to take higher staff positions within TSyN in order to help further our growth!
