OK A little soul-searching...

I like to follow the adage NEVER LEAVE A TEAMMATE BEHIND... And normally I follow that, to the point of jumping out the ex-fil chopper to ride to the rescue...

On the OTHER hand, if you have a mission you must complete, that comes first..

as long as one team member gets out the hole team gets exfil so mission first.

in a real life situation then no one gets left behind
