Subs are for run and gun. They require quick reflexes and good control of your aim. The MP5 is the best gun in the game for this. It's so comfortable to use even avg players like myself can do better. So, the pros and pro-wannabes use this almost exclusively.
However, lmgs hit hard. And if you want to slow the pace down you can lay carnage in a lane if you know your maps. They have awesome range. And, if you really wanna get frisky, you can set a couple of them up like subs and go nuts. They work wonderfully that way.
I did plat on LMGs right after I did the subs. I couldn't get my brain to slow the pace enough to be effective. So I started investigating different loadouts to explore their limits. I ended up keeping one specd out perfectly just to play the tight maps!!

i kill plenty with my lmg's... the only most fun thing ever they say i camp when i kill somebody with it... but they have to know that you cant run gun with it.. not really anyways.. lovely to ehar those crybaby's when i kill them and they go cry about me camping... zombie horde at its best
