Looking for a casual clan(xbox one)

I just gonna keep this short and simple. I'm looking for a good clan thats really good with teamwork, really fun, and have really nice people. I'm 19 years old, and i played a lot of competitive shooter games in my life. I played pretty much all the call of duty, and battlefield games. I guess i'm consider a competive gamer. I do have turtle beaches and i just got Black Ops 3 so i dont know much in the game. I dont want to join a clan that has military ranks, or tries to talk all military because thats childish. So I am really desperate for a clan, i'm a teamplayer and very mature and i wont dissapoint. I also sorry if theres any typo's, this was a quick message. Oh and my GT is: XI Austinius IX
