I'm having massive problems on the ps5. I bought the Vault edition but I only got the skins, nothing else. When I restarted the game my guns and myself were level 1 again.
Today I restarted the game again, told me it had an update, restarted and my progress was gone again.
Still no vault edition. The weapons I unlocked are still unlocked but everything is level 1 again. It's seems like a prestige reset without reaching the prestige.
Anyone any tips? Or somewhere I can call to for help.
