PC Gamer: Nearly Dangerous
Hi @daan, welcome to CoDForums.
You can get the game for PC direct from Activision where you will be redirected to the official Call of Duty website or through Blizzard's Battlenet where it is currently up to 30% cheaper depending on what version you get.
I recommend installing Battlenet on your PC using the link above asyou will need a Battlenet account to play Call of Duty and can only access the game through the Battlenet launcher which also keeps your game files up to date. It will save you time later if you start with Battlenet first.
You will also need an Activision account, both of which are free and requirements for you to be able to play the game, sorry about thatt, I don't make up these rules, on a more positive note, Activision provide a companion app that lets you keep track of your progress and that of your friends, this app gives you bonus XP tokens if you log in to your account at least once a week.

You cant play against pcplayers because there isent anybody there. This game is made consoles only

You can, crossplay enables all formats to play together. I play with a group of friends that are all on different formats but there are more of us on PC than on console.
That said, I've been in many lobbies where console players outnumbered PC players, but it didn't stop us all playing in matches.
I would estimate that 1 in 6 players will be playing on PC overall.
