I haven't played this game for a few years however i recently saw a friend playing it and it seems like modding has become a lot more frequent. We saw people flying out the map and otherwise glitching, has anyone seen this sort of thing and did you feel it ruined you're experience?

I absolutely feel that it has ruined my multiplayer experience with the game. Last time I tried to play a ranked match I literally went all day without finding a single game where someone wasn't invincible, firing shotguns like machine guns, flying, or something else that would completely ruin a match. It's been a couple months since then and I haven't even thought of playing a multiplayer World at War game (besides zombies) since. Things may be slightly different now but I feel like the developers have abandoned it and won't be releasing any patches to fix this issure anytime soon or ever.

I experienced a ton of modders while trying to play multiplayer a couple of months ago. I just accepted the fact that modders are inevitable and that I should just enjoy the game at hand. Once I accepted this fact, multiplayer got a whole lot interesting when trying to observe abd learn from the modders and their creative ways of modding the game. I like it!

ahha modd this riku517. what is red white and dead all over. All the enemies in the game when I bust a move. That is kill enemies and not care.

The only modding I do is on my microwave when it's set to kill. zap that chicken into a steamy roast. kick back and pwn newbs.

I can see your point however I feel there are plenty of games out there that are open to modding.

Last time I played World at War last year, I had the issue of playing against enemy team members who no matter how any times you shot them they would not die. I also had the issue of having mine and many other characters in multiplayer games gliding around the map quickly making it hard to aim on someone.

Modders can be a pain to play against and I personally don't know how can they have fun without challenge. I suppose it can be fun, in the beginning, because it's a whole new way to play the game but I think it gets old fast. Nothing can be done now for World at War's multiplayer so, as riku517 said, it's a matter of accepting modders.

I do mod Zombies myself not sure if it was zombies but yeh i mod zombies it is alot more fun with all the things i can get like i can spawn more zombies and give people unlimited money and millions more. On zombies i wouldent say it is really that bad a thing as i only do it in private match anyway.
