Warzone Modern Warfare Characters missing from BR after Black Ops purchase

So I started playing Modern Warfare and after a several seasons of playing the battle royal decided to purchase the New Black ops game. I played for a few months after that with both Black Ops and Modern Warfare Characters in the battle royal. Then I moved my game to a remote hard drive and when I went back into the BR I lost all my Modern Warfare characters. Someone then bought me the pay version of MW and all my characters are there with their level ups versions but I still can't get them in the BR.

Is there a way to get my MW Characters back into the BR game?

I wrote Blizzard and Activision and keep getting bounced back and forth with it not our problem its theirs.
