My Next Big Toy

So, since my system is pretty much maxed out, I was mulling over my next big thang...

I have always been interested in VR so I started checking out Oculus...

And lo and behold, a customer comes into the computer shop I work at and brings in a gamer laptop with an Oculus rig that needs some work..

So I actually got to try an Oculus out and O M G!!!

It was THE KEWLEST thing I have ever seen!!!!

If you go for an Oculus Quest 2 you get a standalone VR headset that can also work as a VR headset for your PC.

Yea, that's what that customer brought in... Ironically that is the trouble he is having..

It seems there is an inherent incompatibility between the Oculus system and AMD Graphic Cards...

I was simply floored at the VR technology... I have got to get into that.. It's fraking amazing!!
