My teams voice chat coming from PC screen not headphones

im not dumb with pc either, iv went in and turned it to my setting in control panel etc to headphones , its still wanting them to come from my screen when they are talking? but my mic works to them. The game sound is also coming from my headphones, Just there voic chat.

yes im on hdmi, but there was no problem before.
