i look at exfils as just another stronghold, you have to fight and work to achieve missions and exfil. so i understand camping exfils as strategy to take from another what you might need especially if you are trying to get weapons case and you see another solo or team gets it and are moving to exfil then you can go after it and take it unless they kill you so dmz is get in and get out out with what you can and achieve your missions no matter what it takes.

and i personally have not experienced alot of exfil camping.

I have not seen a lot of exfil campers myself.

I have seen people exfiling as I roll up and I will give it a wide berth til they are gone and then I check it out and approach cautiously. I did inadvertently cause a thing with another solo as I stacked up behind a building what I thought would be out of his sight. Nope he chose the little cabin and saw me when he turned around. I had already decided to not kill him and let him get out but then when he saw me standing there he opened fire and well, He lost... whoops so I took his loot and his bird out. LOL

But yeah I more times than not will NOT go after other players as I am mostly in DMZ solo.

My point was only that I see more now than I saw before. I am always solo and I don't rush to the exfil, I usually wait, without engaging, until I see one lift off, hoping that all is clear. But 3 times in the last 2 days as soon as I summon the chopper - a sniper decides to rain on my parade. Probably just my luck, wrong place-wrong time.

Dmz solo hard but fun challenge

Sorry just figuring out how these forums work. My take on DMZ it sucked me in, started out manageable in getting missions done. The it went Deathcon 5 with your chance to survive very minimal if you don't have 3 plate armor. and even with that the ai bots their armor is like out of this world good compared to what we get to wear. Where in the world can someone take a sniper shot to the DOME and still need 2 more shots to take them down. The chance of getting repeated missions down and exfil with your weapons is maybe 2 to 1. The game has got me so aggravated with the advanced level Activision has the AI bots set at make me wanna not play DMZ anymore. I have read numerous forums with the same level of growing frustration that I just wanted to vent here. Yeah and the glitches kinda crazy how I went in with a team and find that I'm on a lonely Island playing solo at times. Before this last update on March 25th timeframe I could do solo. Forget solo now it B.S. thanks for listening..
