Hey! I need help trying to transfer my MW PS4 account data (weapon skins, levels, etc.) to my CW PC account. It says that my PS4 account is linked to my blizzard but i still don't have my MW data on CW account. Any suggestions?

As there are so many accounts involved here, it is possible you might have missed a step, but you will need your PS4 account to be linked to your BattleNet account, I think it will also need to be linked to your Activision account.
BattleNet gives you access to the launcher to allow you to run the game and then keep the game updated as well as give you access to the game servers, it's your Activision account where all of your game progress, in game purchases and game licenses are held.

Hey thank you for the response but when i go to call of duty.com it signs into my ps4 account which my battle net it linked with but still on my PC i dont have my ps4 data

I am sure that you're not the first person to experience this, go to my.callofduty.com and see if you can find a solution in the support pages, I've given you all I know, I only play on PC so have not had the need to link accounts.
