ram led on mobo

once in awhile the ram led comes on with my mobo and monitor goes out and i have to restart and it does it every few weeks. when i do memory check its says ok, i have uninstalled and reinstalled it so i know they are installed securely.

What are you using to test your RAM?

Your options are the Windows 11 RAM test app or an app like MemTest86+ and MemTest64. It's been a long time since I have had memory/RAM issues, the last time I used MemTest86 and it didn't pick up any issues, but when I tried MemTest86+ I found loads of errors. It turned out that there were different versions of the app for different memory types, I think they now have a single unified app.

MemTest86 runs outside of Windows and can be more thorough than the Windows built in test, but I would test with both versions.
