Riot Shield Nerf idea

Make it so even if you are carrying the shield on your back you still move at the speed if you were holding it

The riot shield should break after a certain amount of shoots . And while it’s been shot at, it should start shattering making it harder to see thru it.

My real beef with the riot shield is that it can take direct hits from rockets with zero damage to target but a thermal stick will melt them.
