Rocket launchers should be specific to vehicles only it's really dumb to be able to shoot at anything

Ever used one. Tactical weapon. Ever tried to neutralize a machine gun nest without one? Or storm a building with multiple bad guys and you dont want your buddies to get killed trying?

Launchers have taken a back seat to akimbo for me.
