Screen Freezes but Windows Key or alt tab fixes.

My game is freezing a few times a night, some times more than others. The graphics of the game freeze on screen but if i alt tab or widows key and click back on game it works. Seems to happen when entering or leaving zoom on sniper more than other times but can happen any time.

Can't seem to find a fix for it. Anyone know a solution something like this?
