Random observation, I unlocked the Tempered plate carrier eons ago but I have never, ever seen it available under Barter. And I've never found the key that unlocks the computer room in Al Sawah, the one you used to jump into through the window.

However DMZ now that more folks have completed the bosses their are more teams in there hunting players now.
