Season Three Issues

In season one and two I was averaging 25 + kills a game and my deaths were not over 10. Now in season three I am getting owned and can't seem to hit crap. My settings are the same but no matter what gun I use I still can't hit crap. I read what guns they messed with but did they mess with anything else?

I'm not sure if they made this change in this season or maybe I'm just now noticing it. But when my crew hits over 2.5kd.... The following game we are punished and our ping goes downhill and half our shots don't register. So we are forced to back out after the game and create a new lobby.

Are you suggesting players are handicapped by the game when they do well, like some sort of balancing through adding network lag at the server?

That's what we've deduced after this happening almost every day. Or it could the guy usually hosting our lobbies internet fluctuating
