Singing down the mic..WTF??

I was having a good time playing yesterday. Incidentally i was put in a team which had a pesky dumbheaded stupid fool who kept singing and talking all bullshit throughout the game.

He went on for hours and many games without even taking a 2minute break, distracting me the whole way.

WTF?? can't they include some better levels of AI which automatically bans such noobs?

I always find myself having to mute certain players on my team, it can get annoying pretty quickly when they're singing in a squeaky little voice and you just want to enjoy the game!
