Greetings! I recently received MW3 as a birthday gift, and while I'm thrilled about it, I've been encountering a rather frustrating sound issue. Specifically, I'm experiencing a 2-second sound followed by a 3-second pause. In my attempt to resolve this, I've diligently verified the integrity of game files, reinstalled Steam, performed a fresh installation of MW3, and even reinstalled Windows. Despite my efforts, the sound problem persists.
I've reached out to Steam for assistance, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide a solution. Additionally, my attempts to contact Activision have been challenging as my specific problem isn't addressed on their support site. Considering that this game was a generous $75 gift, I'm eager to find a resolution. Any guidance or assistance you could offer to help me overcome this sound issue would be greatly appreciated.
