I don't know where this came from, but the site is not the official Call of Duty Forums. Here's what it says at the bottom of every footer:
CarlosX360 Co. Ltd. owns and operates CoDForums. CoDForums is an unofficial Call of Duty Forum. CoDForums is not affiliated with Infinity Ward, Treyarch, Sledgehammer Games, nor Activision Blizzard, Inc. All characters are registered trademarks of its respective owners. The Call of Duty name and logo is a copyright of Activision Publishing, Inc.
Basically, I'm the owner of the site. It has nothing to do with Activision or its studios. The official Call of Duty Forums are shut down, and replaced with a Q & A forum.

Okay, you need to re-set your priorities on this. We're facing many challenges in the world right now. This delay while disappointing is part of several years of multiple layers of issues.

Let's go backwards here. President Trump was elected in 2016. Shortly after he was elected, he went after trade wars with many countries. He also was trying to escalate a "cold war" with North Korea, based on his findings in 1999. He's long been dreaming, planning his own presidency for years. He made peace with North Korea in his first year of his presidency. Right out of the gate, he made history for being the first U.S. President to set foot on North Korea soil.

But what you and I didn't know was China became the leading country with their GDP. This is largely in part due to our reliance on China for products and services. You see that phone in your hand? China made it.

In the background, China introduced a bill that would make it that much harder for journalists and like-minded bloggers to report on China's ongoings. Before and after the bill was introduced, whistleblowers and journalists has been trying to warn the people of China. Once the "Fugative Offenders" bill was introduced, protests broke out. These protest evoked more of the same: Silencing. Many people were killed during and after the protests. Those protests are still on-going in Hong Kong. This is the Communist Party trying to control its own people.

Shortly thereafter, an "accident" happened in a research lab in Wuhan, which was the source of the whole pandemic we're experiencing right now. Yes, dude. We're in the midst of a pandemic!

Over the weekend, George Floyd was arrested, impaled to the ground, the officer put his knee on a black man's neck. Riots ensues the very next hour, the very next day.

If anybody, if anyone knows how bad it is here in U.S., it's Sony - a company in Japan. Right next to China.

We have bigger problems than a delay of a game's update, the reveal of Call of Duty 2020, and PlayStation 5.

When you start up the game they've placed a banner talking about Black Lives Matter instead of the usual banners that talk about patch notes etc. That's what he's referring to.

Also, I had no idea you were the actual owner of this forum lmao. Cheers!

Are you on Tapatalk, or the main CODForums.com site? Because I have "Owner" below my avatar. lol

That and the message about you being the owner in the disclaimer, along with a statement that this is an unofficial forum, and how you are not affiliated to Activision or any of its studios/subsidiaries etc... or words to that effect.

Just saying, as it's been there since day 1 for me when I joined.

I agree. We are witnessing something that could easily escalate beyond our ability to control. Which begs the question, "Why are they so reluctant to Cowboy the -F- Up and get to work on these rioters?"

I also agree that anyone whose biggest issue in life is the release of the new season better take a long hard look at their "social battlefield awareness".

How did you not notice!? :p *laughing*

I'm messing with you, man.
Dude!
Everyone knows no one reads the text. It's all picture and pretty colors driven.

Can't make everyone happy. Aboriginals play video games? Just because your country treats you terribly doesn't mean you gotta bring those politics into it.

The game works though right everyone? I don't see the point in crying about something bigger than all of your lifes. 2020 is a pretty crazy year, you're just living in it.

Sad that that's all it takes to upset you, bub.
Everyone has their line in the sand, Homey.
I'm sure you have yours as well.

Is it too much to ask that we just be allowed to play the game?
Do we really need to be preached at / virtue signaled at 24/7?
