Warzone Switching from warzone to MW

A friend of mine gave me his hard copy of MW (2019) and I am having trouble switching from my already installed warzone account to MW.
 
Delete Warzone, THEN install Modern Warfare 2019. It has the Warzone files. The issue is you're gonna need to install the multiplayer patches, graphics files, etc.

Modern Warfare 2019 and Warzone was a bundle, and shares the same files.
