Tactical Assault Corps. (TAC or Team TAC) is a hardcore, 18+, PC gaming team (or clan) focusing on the Call of Duty franchise, currently in Advanced Warfare. We are largely a competitive-based unit, currently in the Diamond Division in Advanced Warfare’s Clan Wars (at max level), looking to grab that #1 spot in our bracket. We are looking for mature and dedicated players to join our US-based team that are looking to make an impact from day one. We are semi-serious PC players that backup our buddies, centered around the most popular FPS franchise of all time, looking to win in every game we play. Founded in 2011 at the release of Modern Warfare 3, Tactical Assault Corps. is a clan that provides a semi-structured environment, looking to approach the Call of Duty franchise *tactically*. This means evaluating maps, careful planning of strategy, generous callouts, holding the line, playing for objectives and most of all – effective communication.
We are a small ship, but we make huge waves. Considered by most to be an online extension of our families, we are a close group that consider each other actual friends, not just clan-mates or “online friends” – some of us do from time to time hang with each other outside of gaming, off the internet, maybe in a game of golf. When you join TAC you join a family that genuinely cares about each other’s lives both on and off the battlefield of gaming. But make no mistake, we’re not a support group. We keep a small knit team because we have carefully selected those that fit with our gaming (and general non-gaming) mindset. That being said, we are always open to the possibility of a new member fitting with our team.
