Time periods for BO3 !?

As with all new COD games I'm always intrigued to find out what era the game will be set in..
For BO3, I'd like a WW2 era mixed with modern day with maybe even 2 campaigns.

I know there is next to no chance of this happening but its okay to hope lol

I'm guessing it'll take place shortly after the events of BO2. Some people think the story arc ended with BO2, but the family is still alive, and it leaves more questions than answers. Treyarch even evaded the whole "How'd [insert character here] survive THAT!?"
