unable to unlock the battle

Purchased the ultimate version of this game to gain access to skipped tiers etc but since downloading season 3 haven't been able to unlock any tiers. Ended up buying it with cod points after 2 weeks from not getting any replies from activision
Evan looked into trying to re download the game again but it says I need to purchase this game again

IIRC. You don't automatically get the 20 level skips, you get enough CoD points to buy the 20 level skips and can activate them when you want to. But I may be wrong.

If you buy the ultimate version it unlocks the 1st 20 tiers every season I ended up buying the 3rd season with cod points because when I down loaded the 3rd season it never unlocked and tiers at all
