It's aight, I personally think it's a little to busy but that depends also on the type of clan you are. With all of my past clans that I was in charge of making the website for I looked at it like this, if it was a community clan, cool, having lots of content and links and news posts is great, keeps your members coming back to the forums for more. If it's a competitive clan with not a lot of people, you really only need a simple website so other clans etc can come check you out and get in contact with you. And most likely if it is a small number of members you all have each other on facebook or xboxlive or msn etc etc. But it's good, keep working at it and you'll perfect it.

It's okay, I guess you need loades of fans and people that want to be in your clan to have a website. You also need to spread all the stuff out instead of cramping it all in. Apart from that and the bad fonts I guess its pretty good.
