Looks like it has the 60-round mag as well. The 60-round doesn't appear any longer in the profile shot, for whatever reason except LOL at the devs. It does have a slightly different visual characteristic though, but that's hard to make out in these tiny profile images. The stock mag is just grey, the 50-round has a lot of horizontal lines on it, and the 60-round has 4 horizontal lines. I feel like I can barely make out the horizontal lines in the image you attached.
And I would guess, since it only seems to have 4 attachments, that they have one of the Lasers as well for the 5th attachment. The laser on the Grau is on the right side so it isn't visible from that profile shot. I would assume the Tac Laser since that's what everyone uses.
Here's one with the Tac Laser as well to show there isn't a difference visually.
So I would say:
Mono Suppressor
Archangel Barrel
Tac Laser
Ranger Grip
60-Round Mag
However if you're looking to copy this loadout because you liked using it, I would suggest using the Commando grip instead of the Ranger. The Ranger grip reduces 17% recoil while adding stability to your crosshair. The Commando grip adds the same stability but it won't reduce the vertical recoil, instead it will reduce the side-to-side bounce of each bullet. Side-to-side bounce is nearly impossible to compensate for, while the nearly vertical recoil of the Grau is very easy to counter by pulling down slightly.
Here's a comparison with the Monolithic/Archangel/Tac Laser/60-Mag and the Ranger (green) vs Commando (yellow). I overlaid the yellow Commando box over the green Ranger box so you could see they both have the same horizontal recoil and the Commando has more vertical. Supposedly it's 17% but that looks like a lot less than 17% to me. Oh and the 2 lines going across each pattern are the 10th and 20th bullets so you can see how much more you're having to compensate vertically for a 10 or 20 round burst.
But, look at how much cleaner the Commando pattern is on the right. The Ranger on the left is bouncing back and forth with every shot almost half a brick. The Commando still has some side-to-side bounce but it is much less pronounced, and often times a 1/4th brick or less. Look at how clean the pattern is for the first 10 bullets - nearly straight upwards while the Ranger is all over the place. It is much easier to compensate for a few inches of vertical recoil than it is to try and compensate for your gun bouncing back and forth side-to-side randomly.
