What's with the names of the first four episodes of Family Guy?

The names are "Death has a shadow", "I never met the dead man", "Chitty Chitty Death Bang" and "Mind over Murder". They are completely irrelevant to the stories, however every other episode's name is relevant to it's story why is this?

The titles to all four were derived from 1930s and 1940s radio programs, particularly the radio thriller anthology "Suspense", which featured several elements pertaining to death and murder.
