Where did some of the recent operator bundles go?

I was just wondering where a lot of recent bundles went? I was waiting to get paid so I could buy a couple but now they're gone. Usually operator bundles do not get removed seeing how we still have season 1 bundles available for purchase. The ones I am talking about are, ronins heat seeker(looks like darth maul from star wars), askels chempowered, konigs deep lord(scuba skin that looks like octopus) and many more bundles that came out very recently. I tried looking this up myself but could not find anything related to it only stuff about the nick mercs drama. Has anyone heard anything? could it be a bug maybe? Its not that big of a deal but I really wanted the ronin one especially but just couldn't afford it until now and its gone. Really hope it comes back it doesn't make any sense that season 1 bundles are still available but these season 4 ones are gone already.
