I am in South Africa and have seem to have a problem connecting to my own local servers due to the player base being small. I am in desperate need of help as I cant join friends or find lobbies where my ping isn't skyrocketing between 200ping and 999ping. Please let me know how I can connect back to my local servers here in South Africa where I would like to have my 10+ ping please and thank you.

Why does skill level influence the latency I get and connect me to other regional servers where I get 200ping?
