I have been getting that message every night during the this corona crisis thing. I have started playing on a different region during peak hours to avoid it.

I just change the region when I get it. Im in Europe and if I change region to "Americas" I never have to wait, (most people on the "Americas" region will be a sleep during the Euro peak hours)
My latency to the "Americas" servers are at around 50, so there's really no downside to doing it.
