Can’t create a class

Can’t create a class every time I do create one and go onto game play Black Ops six I only have the XMG. This happened when onto prestige 10. Can anybody out there? Help me fix this bug ? Playing on Xbox x, not to sure how or where to report this bug

Oh bro, just give up. There are no fixing bugs with these idiot developers. Activision ruined COD for me. Which has been amazing for my mental health lol. Jbh.
