Blocked Player Keeps Showing Up

I have players that keep showing up in my game list who I have blocked. It's like they are ghosting. For example, in a private match, a friend of mine showed up as Wedemeyer#736 and that is not his name. It was his voice but not his player name. This is also happening in public games. I have blocked Wedemeyer#736 but he keeps showing up. When I go to block him again SOMETIMES he isn't listed but instead some other players name.

Please help.

Have same problem Tried to reinstall but it didn`t help me
