Blocked Players

Blocked Players...Is this function actually working? Because when I go to the menu where there should be a "Blocked Players" list there is nothing. Also, if a player you blocked enters your lobby, do they have a blue triangle over their head?

From what I know if you block someone you can't play in the same lobby as them.

That's what I thought as well. But in some of the lobbies, I see players with a blue triangle over their head. Do you know what that could be?
