Constantly glitching and taking to loadout selection plus kicking team mates after every game...anyone else experiencing this and any fixes? Games gone to the dogs

Its about time when these so called updates are done they actually fix the glitching cos this is a joke with the massive cool downs and getting thrown from game and losing everything. I do not pay that kind of money to be constantly getting ripped off by so called game companies
