I'm broke....but why?

So I start the 2nd Tier in DMZ and the first mission in "Big Spender". So I collect 60K in cash as require in the first part of this mission. So now it's time to spend, at least that's what I have to do complete this 1st mission. So I go back in the and search a shopping cart. I get to it and I'm ready to spend....but oh no! It says I have no cash whatsoever and I thought I had 60K on hand. What am I missing here?

did you exfil if not you lose it. im just getting into it so im not sure

well it does check of that I did acquire the $60,000.00. Anyway I had teammates help today to acquire stuff and then sell it. It'll help to complete the mission
