Purchase not showing on PC

Hi,

I bought BO6 in Microsoft or Xbox store - and I linked the Activision account with the Xbox account.

BO6 runs on my Xbox but if I try to start BO6 on pc it will only show a Purchase option on the BO6 tile.

I cannot find any way to contact Activision support to even report the issue.

Are you signed into the Microsoft Store on your PC with the same Microsoft account as the one your purchased BO6? A friend of mine had this issue with the beta.

Gotcha. Is the full game downloaded? Knowing how COD is these days, they allow you to download certain segments of the game. is it possible you only downloaded Warzone and not Black Ops 6? Check with these steps:

1. Select the game tile on the left side of the screen.
2. Select the ellipses (…) next to the Play button.
3. Select Manage Game.
4. Select the Files tab.
5. Select Modify Installation.

I checked only BO6 campaign - not multiplayer... Hmmm... Maybe I'll try that

Pretty sure you have to be using Game Pass "Ultimate" to play on both systems.

Yes, you need Ultimate just to play Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. Doesn't matter the platform. This is Microsoft's final ditch effort to revitalize "Xbox" or the Xbox Game Pass. If this goes poorly, I guarentee you either:

- Activision gets large - large layoffs. (I see this one happening more than anything else.)
- Activision gets sold.
- Xbox projects get axed.
- Xbox Game Pass get axed.

But, my question is, if you bought he game on Microsoft Store.... then what the fuck did you buy? Like, I see the prompt on Windows 10, telling you about Call of Duty: Black Ops 6... so if you click the purchase button, what does THAT do? Isn't that supposed to be the actual game?

Goddamn Microsoft. Why is it so complicated.

A quick google search found this. Anyone can actually use Google to find information. You may have to play with the wording to find what you are looking for. Have you ever tried on your own?

When I saw this thread, I thought... "Okay, he bought it, he should have it." But then to be told that it's tied with Xbox Game Pass... I'm dumbfounded. Because I don't think he intended to buy Xbox Game Pass, I think he intended to buy the actual $70 game.
