I'll start off with saying I did get my account back through activision support, however the hacker changed my name and removed/blocked all my friends and since im on PC the only friends that remain are ones on my battlenet. Activision has not solved that for me and basically shooed me off by saying "Hey this isn't the right place to ask for friend/name recovery". I'm well aware this isn't the place for it either but I just need some answers to where I can contact them because I have no name change tokens left so my name is left as "anon3295723423" (not the exact numbers but just to give an idea of what my username looks like).
